NEWS: SPECS AND PRICING REVEALED FOR NEW MAZDA3
Finally, the highly anticipated pricing, grades and specifications have been released for the next-gen Mazda3 …
WITH THE FOURTH-GENERATION MAZDA3 SET TO LAUNCH NEXT MONTH, WE FINALLY HAVE ALL THE DETAILS YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR!
The next-generation Mazda3 is more refined than ever with a focus on human-centric design and the driver's needs in mind.
Managing Director of Mazda Australia Vinesh Bhindi expects this latest model to set industry benchmarks stating, “Next-Gen Mazda3 firmly establishes a new era for Mazda and raises the bar for quality and equipment within the small car segment."
There is a new level of quality in design, driving performance, dynamics and safety that we haven’t yet seen by the Japanese manufacturer.
The exterior specs of the Mazda3 showcase a sportier and seductive design that is noticeable in the metallic grey body. That hard metal gloss offers a tough and powerful appearance, complemented by sleek, clean lines that ooze sophistication.
We’re a big fan of the front and rear horizontal elements that highlight the Mazda3’s look of a wider and lower body. This sedan speaks maturity that appeals to a greater market, which is a smart move made on the company’s behalf.
The interior specs of the Mazda3 highlight’s the concept of ‘less is more.’ You will notice inside this model that the cabin is simple and crisp. The idea was to put the driver as the centre-focus in order to create harmony between the driver and the car.
The Mazda3 has a newly added TFT LCD meter, windscreen project driving display as well as a huge 8.8-inch screen infotainment display.
To enhance the system performance, connectivity and navigational functions, Mazda has also upgraded the infotainment system. Compatible to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, owners of the next-gen Mazda3 will notice a faster boot-up system and smoother control.
All next-gen Mazda3 models will also host the following safety features as a standard, including:
- Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC) with Stop & Go
- Smart Brake Support, Lane-keep Assist System (LAS)
- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Forward Obstruction Warning (FOW)
- Driver’s seat knee airbag
