Australian Pricing for 2019 Mercedes-AMG C63 S announced

German Car Manufacturer Mercedes Benz have made significant updates in a bid to bring the C Class up to speed for 2019. With the most signification changes being made to the interior, the C63 S customers will enjoy new ESP and Traction Controls settings, which were updated to reflect the popular AMG-GT model. The entire C-Class range has been updated, including the sedan, estate, coupé, cabriolet and Mercedes-AMG.

Pricing remains similar with a slight increase to $159,900 for the sedan model, however, the small increases in cost is outset by a huge step up in the cars tech.

2018 MERCEDES-AMG C63 S SEDAN SPECS:

• Engine: 3982cc twin-turbocharged V8, DOHC, 32v
• Transmission: nine-speed wet clutch automatic, computer-controlled electronically locking limited slip differential
• Power: 375kW @ 5500-6250rpm
• Torque: 700Nm @ 2000-4500rpm
• Weight: 1680kg
• 0-100km/h: 4.0 seconds (claimed)

It’s set to arrive on Aussie shores in January 2019, while the rest of the new C Class hits showrooms next month.
